The scope of activities is governed exclusively by the \u201cDecree of the Swiss Confederation \/ Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations SFSA dated 13 November 2025\u201d (link)<\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions define all activities for the provision of all social, charitable services in accordance with the foundation purpose of the Elke Schark Foundation. Our website contains links to other websites. The Elke Schark Foundation is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked websites. <\/p>\n

The website of the Elke Schark Foundation and all its content (text, photos, graphics, images, videos, logos, documents, etc.) are subject to international law and Swiss legislation. Unless otherwise stated, all rights to the homepage and publications of any kind are reserved by the Elke Schark Foundation. <\/p>\n
